Paint Parties

How do Paint Parties work? Hosting a paint party is easy. You can host at your home, place of business, a local hall, restaurant, church, anywhere you would like us to set up! All you need is a few friends and we’re good to go.

Here’s how it works:

(1) Contact us to pick a date.
(2) Arrange the location (if needed)
(3) Let us know the time and location details so we can set up an event. We’ll do the work of setting it all up then we’ll add you as host so that you can just click on friends to invite.
(4) Get excited! Invite and follow up with your friends to insure a good turn out. If you get 5 or more friends, you paint for free! (Guests pay $40 to paint one canvas, all supplies and guidance included.)
(5) A day or two before the event we will check in to see how many you have coming and which painting you’d like to paint. See the “paint party options” album under the photos tab. Pick one from there.
(6) The day of the event, we’ll bring everything needed to paint including all paint supplies and up to 3 tables. You provide friends, chairs, light, and whatever refreshments you’d like. We do not provide wine or alcohol.
(7) We will arrive about 30 minutes prior to set up. We’ll even bring music. You don’t need to worry about a thing.

Then we party. No experience needed. We guide you and your guests step by step. You all leave with a finished masterpiece.

Paint Your Pet Parties

Hosting a paint your pet party is easy. You can host at your home, place of business, a local hall, restaurant, church, anywhere you would like us to set up! All you need is a few friends and we’re good to go.

Here’s how it works:
(1) Contact us to pick a date.
(2) Arrange the location (if needed)
(3) Let us know the time and location details so we can set up an event. We’ll do the work of setting it all up then we’ll add you as host so that you can just click on friends to invite. In the event, we will let your guests know that they will need to get a clear photo of their pet’s face to us 7 days prior to the event so that we can sketch the faces on canvases for them.
They will pre-pay the $50 fee at the time of photo submission. Once the pet is sketched on canvas, that $50 is non-refundable, but they get the sketch whether they party with us or not. (When a guest can’t make it last minute, I try to use their photo/sketch as my demo at the party, so they still get a finished painting.)
(4) Get excited! Invite and follow up with your friends to insure a good turn out. If you get 5 or more friends, you paint for free! (Guests pay $50 to paint one canvas, all supplies and guidance included.)
(5) Seven days before the event we will check in to see how many you have coming and to be sure everyone has gotten their photos to us in time. We’ll send out a reminder to any stragglers.
(6) The day of the event, we’ll bring everything needed to paint including all paint supplies and up to 3 tables. You provide friends, chairs, light, and whatever refreshments you’d like. We do not provide wine or alcohol.
(7) We will arrive about 45 minutes prior to set up. We’ll even bring music. You don’t need to worry about a thing. Then we party. No experience needed. We guide you and your guests step by step. You all leave with a finished masterpiece of your favorite pet friend.

Tarot Reading Parties

Hosting a Tarot reading party is easy. You can host at your home, place of business, a local hall, restaurant, anywhere you would like us to set up! All you need is a few friends and we’re good to go.

Here’s how it works:
(1) Contact us to pick a date.
(2) Arrange the location (if needed)
(3) Let us know the time and location details so we can set up an event. We’ll do the work of setting it all up then we’ll add you as host so that you can just click on friends to invite.
(4) Get excited! Invite and follow up with your friends to insure a good turn out. There is a 5-person minimum, but if you get 6 or more friends, your reading is free! (Guests pay $25 for an approximately 15-minute reading. That’s typically 4-6 questions answered and well under the national average of $40-50.)
(5) A day or two before the event we will check in to see how many you have coming to be sure we are on for the event.
(6) The day of the event, we’ll bring everything needed to do the readings including some fun props to set the scene and create a fun atmosphere.
(7) We will arrive about 15 minutes prior to party start time to set up. We’ll need a private area where we will do the readings outside of earshot of everyone else. I can bring a small table. You provide two chairs. It’s that simple!

Window/Sea Glass Art

Hosting a Window Art party is easy. You can host at your home, place of business, a local hall, restaurant, church, anywhere you would like us to set up! All you need is a few friends and we’re good to go.
Here’s how it works:
(1) Contact us to pick a date.
(2) Arrange the location (if needed)
(3) Let us know the time and location details so we can set up an event. We’ll do the work of setting it all up then we’ll add you as host so that you can just click on friends to invite. We will include a link to the window art gallery of ideas to help get everyone’s creative juices flowing.
(4) Get excited! Invite and follow up with your friends to insure a good turn out. If you get 5 or more friends, you get a $50 credit toward your frame for free! (prices for the event vary by the size frame each guest chooses, ranging from $40-$90 with most choosing the $50 frame size.)
(5) A day or two before the event we will check in to see how many you have coming and go over any last minute details.
(6) The day of the event, we’ll bring everything needed to create including all frame/art supplies. We will bring the tables to use for our supplies. You provide friends, surface area for creation of frames, chairs, light, and whatever refreshments you’d like. We do not provide wine or alcohol.
(7) We will arrive about 60 minutes prior to set up. We’ll even bring music. You don’t need to worry about a thing. Then we party. No experience needed. We guide you and your guests step by step. You all leave with a finished masterpiece.

Wine Glass Paint Parties

Hosting a wine glass paint party is easy. You can host at your home, place of business, a local hall, restaurant, church, anywhere you would like us to set up! All you need is a few friends and we’re good to go.

Here’s how it works:

(1) Contact us to pick a date.
(2) Arrange the location (if needed)
(3) Let us know the time and location details so we can set up an event. We’ll do the work of setting it all up then we’ll add you as host so that you can just click on friends to invite. We’ll let your invitees know that when they attend they can follow our guided class or do their own thing. We’ll even include a link to the Wine Glass gallery of ideas! (We also bring glasses that are not wine glasses for those who prefer something different.)
(4) Get excited! Invite and follow up with your friends to insure a good turn out. If you get 6 or more friends, you paint for free! (Guests pay $25 to paint 2 glasses, all supplies and guidance included.)
(5) A day or two before the event we will check in to see how many you have coming.
(6) The day of the event, we’ll bring everything needed to paint including all paint supplies and up to 3 tables. You provide friends, chairs, light, and whatever refreshments you’d like. We do not provide wine or alcohol.

Fundraisers

Every fundraiser is different. We can do fundraisers that are regular paint parties, paint-your-pet parties, or sea glass art parties. We can do a percentage of event proceeds or a set per-person amount.

We can do fundraisers that include a silent auction, or not. We can even do fundraisers that include a pot luck. We tailor the event to your needs.
